Denise McCallister

Denise McCallister serves as the school secretary and the pre-school director. She has a degree in Art Education from Fairmont State Teachers' College and taught in the public shools in Hampton, Virginia, prior to moving to Knoxville. Over the last twenty or so years, she has primarily been a homemaker but has also taught part-time in the Knox County Schools adult education program and for twelve years at West End Kindergarten.

Denise and her husband Chuck have been married 29 years and have three children. Matthew is a fourth year medical student, Laura Leigh is a first year physical therapy student, and John David is a sophomore in high school. She enjoys spending time with her family and her new role at KCS.
